Parkside Capital Land Fund acquired a 16-acre commercial tract fronting Highway 90 in the City of Katy. The property is a strategically located user tract with access to City of Katy utilities. Access to the property is currently served on Highway 90. A new parkway is proposed south of the property called Cane Island Parkway which will provide this tract direct access to I-10. Parkside believes the market for small user tracts is in high demand and underserved. This is one of the only tracts fronting Highway 90 with access, visibility and utilities.
