Overview

Parkside Capital purchased roughly 465 acres in Baytown, TX.  The tract was just south I-10 East and fronted the Grand Parkway with two major intersections.  We dedicated land to Chambers County for Kilgore Parkway ROW which was a valuable artery off the Grand Parkway into Bay 10.  We created an Improvement District, solved environmental issues, and delivered utilities.  We sold sites to a number of users before selling the entire asset to an industrial developer in 2019.
