Overview

Parkside purchased 7.132 acres of land in the fall of 2017 and the adjacent 28 acres to the west in 2022 to form the current 35 acre site. This site is at the northwest corner of FM 1488 and Spur 149, which has been realigned and greatly improved by TxDot.  This intersection, and the City of Magnolia in general, has seen tremendous growth over the last few years and that pace looks to remain steady for the foreseeable future.  This site is across the street from a major planned mixed-use development which will include an HEB.
