Overview

Parkside assembled 1,300 acres in the Fulshear submarket, beginning in 2008. The West Houston/Katy submarket was one of the hottest single-family residential submarkets in the country and we felt this tract was a likey future master planned community.  In 2012, we sold the tract to Johnson Development who plans to build on their success at Cross Creek Ranch.
