Parkside Capital acquired the 110 Acres at the northeast corner of Mason Road and Interstate 10 in June 2011. Parkside created a master-planned, deed restricted business park for a variety of corporate, medical, and retail users. Parkside developed this park by extending an internal street network along with all utilities and an underground fiber duct bank. Additionally, Parkside create a unique landscaping and monument plan that helped to create a sought after corporate environment.
