Overview

Parkside purchased this tract, which is a full city block in the Near Northside market, in August 2016. Parkside sold the site in 2021.  This tract is just north of downtown Houston and in close to proximity to University of Houston’s Downtown campus.  North Main street is the primary artery heading north from downtown, and this site is on the hard corner of one of the only streets that crosses over I-45 into the Heights market.
